As a licensed psychotherapist currently serving clients in Massachusetts and New Hampshire via telehealth, I work with adolescents, adults, couples, new parents, and families to address individual and relational challenges that are creating distress in daily life. I am a depth-oriented psychotherapist which means I believe that the mind, body, and spirit are seeking wholeness rather than perfection.

I work from a place of understanding that trauma is what happens inside of us in response to an external event and that healing from this pain—whether it manifests as anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, or relational issues—is an enriching process that you do not need to face alone. I am here to help you identify the clues in your life that are guiding you toward your own wholeness.

My approach is psychodynamic to help you uncover the unconscious roots of your emotional suffering. I also have training in mindfulness, dreamwork, somatic therapy, brainspotting, and perinatal mental health. Through self-reflection and an open relational space, we will build the skills you need to face challenges and live an empowered life.

“To be strong … means meeting one’s own luminosity without fleeing, actively living with the wild nature in one’s own way. It means to be able to learn, to be able to stand what we know. It means to stand and live.”
